| - Divers recommandations : Contrôler la météo avant départ, bien respecter les horaires, bien respecter les consignes des animateurs, être bien équipé en fonction de la météo, arriver 5 à 10 mn avant le départ et apporter de l'eau pour s'hydrater pendant la séance. |
