Lampe frontale obligatoire,
Gilet ou tenue réfléchissante si possible.
Téléphone portable avec le n° des coachs
Contrôler la météo avant le départ pour bien s'équiper,
Bien respecter les consignes des animateurs, bien respecter les horaires,
Arriver 5 à 10 mn avant le départ et apporter de l'eau pour s'hydrater pendant la séance.
